Tears Out on the Highway

A friend lost his sister to these scumbags. She was one of many M&MIW in Canada.
These highways exist all over the world. In lots of cases, it's not the highways
that are the problem. It's the lack of affordable infrastructure that causes the issues.
People need to move from one location to another. If there is no affordable
transportation, people will still move by hitchhiking or other sketchy means.
Unfortunately, there are predators that take advantage of this.
